  1. 1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested providers for the lease of venue in Clark, Pampanga for the Gender Sensitivity Training. (Please see Terms of Reference)

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is P364,400.00 for the entire duration of the event (November 9-10, 2017; November 16-17, 2017; & December 7-8, 2017).
  1. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of 30 October 2017, together with the following documentary requirements:
    • Mayor’s/Business Permit;
    • PhilGEPS Registration; and
    • Latest Income/Business Tax Return.

  3. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations/proposals or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
